I am currently employed in Dubai and will be relocating to my home country in a few more months. In view of this, I am in the process of settling all my commitments in Dubai prior to relocating and canceling my Samba credit card is one of the items, which is on my list.

I have been trying to contact Samba bank to cancel my credit card via their phone banking, however, all the calls I have made are always on hold and there is never really a phone officer who answers the phone to resolve the matter. I have made two calls and both calls lasted for almost 45 minutes each with my call being placed on hold. All I got from this two phone calls is their “marketing about their product and services which they offer.”

It would be appreciated if Gulf News would be able to assist me in this matter. Thanking you in advance for your time and assistance.
