I availed a payment plan from First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in July 2017, and was not able to pay two instalments due to medical reasons. Now, the bank is asking Dh4,000 as interest every month, which I am not able to pay.

I asked them for an affordable payment plan, as most of my salary is deducted automatically for personal finance and since my wife has lost her job, it is also affecting me. Last month, they kept calling me so often that I suffered a panic attack and was admitted in the hospital. They call my office colleagues and humiliate me as well. Last month, somehow, I managed to make the payment of Dh4,000 and the FAB representative promised an affordable payment plan. But again, at the start of the month, another person started calling and hassling me. My personal finance will get done with, in six months. Till then, I asked them to provide me with an affordable payment plan, but they are just causing me stress.

I told them I could make payments on my current salary, but they are just saying they will send emails to my human resources department. Please help me overcome this issue.
