Al Ain: Hamad Al Ameri, managing director of Al Ain Club and chairman of the Al Ain City Group organising committee for the 2019 Asian Cup, said teamwork is needed to ensure the success of the UAE’s hosting of the tournament from January 5 to February 1.
His comments came at a meeting between all parties at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium attended by Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium Group director Sultan Al Mutawa and Khalifa Stadium Group director Sultan Rashid.
Al Ameri added that team members would honour the nation with their hard work, while Al Mutawa added all efforts were underway to ensure cooperation between all teams.
