Abu Dhabi: The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has urged motorists to be cautious, reduce speed and leave enough distance between vehicles due to fog formation and dust storm caused by winds in various areas of the country.
In a statement issued on Monday, NCMS said that the weather on Tuesday and Wednesday will likely be fair in general, partly cloudy and hazy at times over some areas. Some clouds will develop over some eastern areas of the country during afternoon.
“Light to moderate winds in general, freshening at times during noon time. Relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a chance of fog and mist formation over scattered areas. Sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf, becoming rough over western areas and slight to moderate in the Sea of Oman,” the statement added.
