Dubai — Visibility could drop to less than 1,000 metres at times over some internal and coastal areas in the UAE until 9am on Tuesday due to fog or mist formation, the weather bureau has warned motorists.

Relative humidity is expected to increase in the evenings from Monday to Wednesday until early mornings. This could cause fog or mist to form over internal and western areas, extending toward some of coastal and northern areas. On Thursday, the fog or mist will be limited to internal and northern areas.

It will be partly cloudy to fair, with the Southwesterly to Northwesterly wind expected to be light to moderate at a of speed 15 — 25km/hr, reaching up to 30km/hr over the sea.

On Friday, the skies will be partly cloudy and likely to increase over the northern and eastern areas of the country.

It will be humid in the morning, especially over the northern and internal areas, with moderate Northwesterly wind expected to be fresh at times especially over the sea, at a speed 25 — 35km/hr, reaching up to 40km/hr.

The Arabian Gulf will be light to moderate on from Monday to Thursday and moderate to rough on Friday. The Sea of Oman will be light to moderate on Friday.
