Dubai: Dubai Police issued 260,169 speeding tickets in the first half of this year.

Announcing these statistics on Tuesday, Brigadier Saif Muhair Al Mazroui, director of traffic department at Dubai Police, said many drivers continue to speed despite awareness campaigns this year.
