Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is Dubai’s annual citywide shopping extravaganza and this year it is bigger than ever, offering both tourists and residents five weeks of unbeatable sales, shopping experiences and family entertainment.
When does DSF start and end?
DSF kicks off on Tuesday December 26 until Saturday January 27, 2018

A 12 hour flash sale
The citywide bargain bonanza kicks off at midday on Tuesday, December 26 and enjoy massive discounts ranging between 25 per cent and 90 per cent at 3,000 retail outlets across the emirate.
The sale is a kick off for the month-long Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). It is probably the last opportunity for budget-savvy consumers to score some bargains before the value-added tax (VAT) takes effect and it applies to clothing, shoes, bags, homeware and electronic goods, among others.

The Beach
Firework displays will take place every Thursday and Friday throughout DSF starting December 26 with a grand finale showcase on January 27. The shows begin at 9.30pm.

You’ll be able to catch fireworks displays at 8.30pm at Al Seef every Thursday and Friday.

Outdoor shopping
Market OTB
Back by popular demand for the fourth year in a row, Market OTB offers up-and-coming designers a market beyond the traditional walls of a shopping mall. Spread across 11,300sqm of lawn in Burj Park, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, the al fresco market features a mix of independent local labels and global brands. It runs from January 11 until January 20 and will be open on weekdays from 4pm - 10pm and on weekends from 10am to 10pm.
Global Village
Global Village is one of the city’s leading family entertainment and cultural attractions. It is the perfect place to go to during DSF, as it offers a variety of dining options from different countries, along with thrill rides and children rides at Fantasy Island. It’s a great place to take the family as well as any visitors to Dubai. Browse more than 30 pavilions and enjoy the lively street atmosphere, with parades, plays, and all kinds of shows from fire-breathing performances to breakdancing and musicals.

Sonu Nigamv January 12
The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium is hosting the Bollywood in January with Shukran Dubai 2018, a brand new stage show and his fifteenth live show in Dubai.
Family Entertainment
Offering a platform for talented local artists this DSF, visitors at Boxpark can enjoy groovy street entertainment. Busking stations will be set up with live performances from a saxophonist, guitarist, oud player, trombonist, violinist, harpist and much more.
