1. The terrace menu at Chateau Blanc

Chateau Blanc, a patisserie specialising in custom-made cakes and desserts, has just introduced its all-day Terrace Menu, just in time for spring. The menu includes items such as eggs Benedict and avocado on toast. Or you could try one of their new innovative breakfast dishes, like the crispy kale scramble. For lunch, try the roasted garlic shrimp with healthy quinoa, broccolini and tomatillo sauce or a Coco-Cola chicken — cola marinated chicken served with sweet potato fries and house salad. Sugar fixes are also taken care of with the a bunch of options including the soft ricotta pancakes served with wild berries and sweet vanilla ice cream, drizzled with salted caramel sauce topped with caramelised popcorn.

2. Riva’s new al fresco menu

Choose from an extensive selection of light bites, including the chicken wings, served with a buffalo or BBQ sauce and ranch dip, or the crispy calamari with homemade spicy salsa. A range of healthy salads are also on the menu, including the grilled salmon salad — a tasty bowl of baby spinach, quinoa, kale, hazelnuts, orange segments, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds. If you aren’t faint hearted, try their Daddy Burger, a monstrous creation made up of one pound of beef (0.45g). The dessert menu is includes a Nutella and cream cheese pizza, or a white or dark chocolate fondant, served with vanilla ice-cream, chantilly cream and seasonal berries, it’s the perfect ending to your meal.

3. The Fish House’s waterfront dining

A fresh culinary concept new to Dubai’s dining scene, has opened its doors at Dubai Festival City’s waterfront. Located in the InterContinental Hotel, The Fish House is built on a simple premise of making the freshest range of fish with individual preference and palette. Fresh produce is prepared and cooked offering a diverse and varied array of customisation options. The centre-piece of The Fish House experience is a signature raw bar that houses a charcoal and wood grill, allowing the team to prepare your meal right at the heart of the venue

4. Brunch at 7 Elephants

The open air bar is the perfect place to enjoy a brunch this weekend. Taste a variety of signature plates from the seven flavours: Indian, Balinese, Arabic, British, Italian, Spanish and Mexican. It’s an east-meets-west explosion of flavours from different nations covering some of the culinary capitals of the world. From the iconic tapas platter and Arabic dishes, to the comforts of classic tacos topped off with sinful sweets.
