Mashreq, one of the UAE’s leading financial institutions, will provide a new payment terminal device which will be integrated with Dubai Police's systems to improve transaction capabilities.

The new payment devices will be installed at the headquarters of Dubai Police and other locations. 

The self-service touch screen device, which will also be installed at the counters of the Dubai Police service centers will make it easier and more convenient for customers to use, manage and make transactions. The payment device also includes features including a satisfaction survey for the customer to complete right after the transaction.Additionally, Dubai Police will make available mobile POS solutions through Mashreq, enabling customers to make payments on the go.

This new device is aligned with Dubai Police’s efforts and initiatives to turn all their services into smart services and proof our effort to reinforce Dubai smart city and smart government vision.” 

Mashreq is the first bank to integrate such state-of-the-art payments solutions with the Dubai Police systems.
