Fadi, who bought the passport within one hour of arriving onsite for his first visit with his family, was excited to experience everything the Expo site has to offer and intends to see as much as possible, starting with a number of country pavilions. He said: “First, I will visit my home country Egypt, then the UAE, Australia and the UK. I want to discover as much as I can this week. I’m excited to visit the pavilions. Designed to replicate the look and feel of a national passport, the 50-page book marries the UAE’s rich history with its modern present, and promotes the key areas of the site within its pages, including Mission Possible – The Opportunity Pavilion, Alif – The Mobility Pavilion, Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion, and the beating heart of Expo, Al Wasl Plaza. It also features depictions of Dubai’s unmistakable skyline and culture of pearl diving and falconry, as well as watermarks on each page.
