DUBAI: Dubai will kick off a 3-day Super Sale on May 18 with over 1,000 outlets offering a diverse range of items from local, regional and global brands, at significantly low prices.
Super Sale, which is a new citywide retail initiative will offer mega savings for shoppers with discounts of 30-90 percent.
Moreover, the sale is organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), which is an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
The range of merchandise will include attire, bags, shoes, cosmetics, perfumes, fashion accessories and home furniture. Meaning there will be something for everyone among the sale items.
The participating shops and brands are Aldo, Al Jaber Optical, Bossini, Carpisa, Crate & Barrel, Charles & Keith, Deisgual, Ecco, Galeries La Fayette, Giordano, Guess, Jimmy Choo, Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale’s, Kurt Greiger, La Fayette, GAP, Nine West, Okaidi, COACH, Porsche Design, Rivoli, Roberto Cavalli, Shoe Mart, Steve Madden, Think Kitchen, and hundreds more.
This is considered a not-to-be-missed retail promotion occurring across Dubai, since it will be offering an extensive range of choices for shoppers who are getting ready for their summer holidays then followed by the Eid holiday period. Therefore, the Super Sale will help increase Dubai’s position as a year-round shopping destination.
Furthermore, fashion and lifestyle brands will have discounts up to 90 per cent. This includes brands such as Balmain, Blanco, Disney Fashion, Forever 21, M & Co, La Senza, Louis Feraud and Vero Moda. As well, furniture stores such as, IDdesign and Marlin Furniture will include the discount.
The 3-day Super Sale will be part of Dubai’s annual Retail Calendar, which will feature major retail-based festivals, new season launches, mega sales and clearance events, exclusive retail experiences and attractions aimed at boosting the retail sector, a main contributor towards Dubai’s economy.
