Dubai: DMCC, a Dubai-based commodities freezone, is set to hold the seventh edition of the Global Dubai Tea Forum at the end of this month, themed “Brewing the Future of Trade”.

In a statement, DMCC said that the global tea industry was undergoing unprecedented challenges and continuous change, from shifting consumer demand and habits, to climate change and resource limitations.

The issues will be discussed at the forum, it added.

A changing climate is creating unpredictable harvests, disrupting the businesses of many smaller tea growers.
