Emaar Industries & Investments (EII) has acquired a stake in Gutmann Systems Middle East, a provider of architectural aluminium glazing systems. Details on the actual stake and investment size have not been disclosed.

Gutmann Systems has been associated with projects such as the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa in Dubai, Mixed Tower Developments in Dubai Marina & Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Creek Harbour, the Makkah Royal Clock Tower in Makkah, and Point A in Beirut.
