Sharjah based master-developer Arada is releasing Phase 4 of its Nasma Residences project in the emirate. This release will total 302 units, and includes two- and three-bedroom homes. Also available in Phase 4, which is due to be handed by the end of 2019, are a select number of four- and five-bedroom villas.

Sales will kick-off on Saturday, June 23.

“With only one more phase to come before Arada’s first project, Nasma Residences, is completely sold out, we are expecting a significant response from investors and end users,” said Shaikh Sultan Bin Ahmad Al Qasimi, Chairman.

Work on Nasma Residences is progressing, with Phase 1 now 35 per cent complete and on track to be delivered by the year-end. Mobilisation of Phase 2 took place earlier this year, and the main contract for Phase 3 construction is to be awarded next month.

In total, the project contains more than 800 homes, as well as a community centre, parks and a GEMS international school.
