Dubai: Seven Tides, the Dubai developer behind signature projects on the Palm, is heading inland for its latest. It will be building multiple towers on a single plot at Jumeirah Lake Towers as part of the Dh1 billion-plus project. More than 2,500 units will be created as part of the tower cluster, branded ‘Seven City’.

The JLT cluster is currently hosting ongoing projects for the Taj and Banyan Tree residences, and its immediate neighbourhood will also host a 10 million square feet ‘Uptown Dubai’ development featuring seven upscale high-rises.

The latest Seven Tides’ announcement confirms ongoing developer interest for high-profile tower ventures in an area that has already a good deal of them. On the opposite side of Shaikh Zayed Road and along the Dubai shoreline, there had been quite a few launches such as the Emaar Beachfront and its towers.

Seven Tides, which also built the Ibn Battuta Gate Offices, has properties such as Dukes Dubai, Oceana Residences and Se7en Residences on the Palm.
