Dubai: The Dubai Land Department has inked a deal with Sumansa Exhibitions to take the Dubai real estate story to key markets overseas.
Sumansa is the organiser of the Dubai Property Show, which has held events in Hong Kong, London, Mumbai and Shanghai.
The last two fetched sales of Dh1.2 billion and Dh800 million. The two entities will launch a ‘Global Investment Promotion Plan’ to venture into key investment destinations.
According to Majid Al-Marri, Senior Director for Real Estate Promotion Department, “Our priority is to engage investors on their home turf so we can share all that our emirate has to offer.”
