According to World Health Organization, nine out of 10 people globally are breathing poor quality air. The organisation is calling for dramatic action against pollution that is the cause of more than six million deaths a year.

On our downtown waterfront, 35,000 sq. ft of empty land is currently for sale, zoned commercial. The Sperry Mill building also offers 35,000 sq. ft and cries out for adaptive reuse.
