The Animal Project is hosting the ‘Cats and Kittens Adoption Day’ on April 23 from 10am to 2pm. It will take place at ABVC Kennels and Cattery located in the Al Quoz area, in Dubai.
If you’re looking to adopt a cat or kitten, make sure that you bring these documents:
• A copy of your passport and visa page.
• Trial Adoption Period (TAP) contract (provided by us).
• Please make sure you have a cat carrier; no cats will be allowed to leave the clinic unless securely fastened into a carrier. Alternatively you could purchase a carrier from the premises we are holding the adoption day at.
Please, do not forget the above mentioned documents.
For adoption, we ask that new owners abide by the animal medical welfare requirements as per the UAE LAW N16 for the Respect of Animal Welfare.
If you adopt a cat or kitten from The Animal Project, you’ll have a rewarding feeling of offering a homeless pet a loving forever home. We provide free health checks and deworming within four months from the adoption date at The Vet Clinic in Dubai. When you adopt from us, you will also have access to additional benefits at different veterinary facilities.
Life expectancy of a cat could be 14 years and sometimes even longer. Are you ready to make that commitment? If not, do not take a pet, foster instead!
If you are willing to adopt a pet, make sure you get some information on shipment prices and paperwork required so they will go with you when you leave the UAE. Abandoning pets is not only uncivilised, but against the Animal Welfare Law in the UAE. Don’t be the reason for animal suffering.
