Dubai: With over 180 authors coming from 47 countries, the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature (EAFOL) promises to be a feast for lovers of the written and spoken word.

At a press conference yesterday, Isobel Abulhoul, director of EAFOL, said that a book, ‘For the Love of Words’ would be published to commemorate the 10th edition of the festival.

Starting from March 1, over a period of 10 days, the festival will offer a chance for visitors to hear various authors speak about their work and personal journeys, attend panel discussions, writing workshops and participate in competitions. There will also be special children’s programmes for young readers.

Tickets for sessions can be bought online at emirateslitfest.com as well as from the venues. Most of the events will take place at the Intercontinental, Dubai Festival City.
