Loan disbursal issue

Reader asks for clarity on the break-up for dispersed amount

I opened my Emirates NBD account in March. Against my current loan account, the amount dispersed does not have any clarity regarding its breakdown. My issue is with the non-visibility or clarity of my account and credit card transactions. I still do not know how they have utilised it. There is no relationship manager for my account and I have no idea how the loan amount was completed/utilised. Please help.

Further to Mr Menon’s query, our Group Customer Experience team has been in touch with him and a meeting was arranged in order to provide him with all the necessary information and clarifications pertaining to the loan disbursal. Further communication took place and we are pleased to inform you that the team attended to all his concerns and he has been guided on how to take the matter to closure as appropriate.

Mr Menon responds:

My balance salary has not been released. What is the reason for this and why was this not communicated to me prior? My other bank payment is due today and I am unable to pay them and they will bill me the late payment fee. Why are they holding Dh9,000 from my account since April?
