Perhaps Gulf News can help me out with my issue. I requested a liability letter from National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD, which is now First Abu Dhabi Bank or FAB), at the Abu Dhabi Mall branch. They said it would take one to two weeks, but it has already been two weeks and it is still not available. Could Gulf News help me reach out to them for my problem?
