My problem with etisalat started in June 2016. Their system shows I have pending dues when all my payments have been cleared. I have logged numerous complaints, but there has been no result. I visited etisalat’s branch office, but there has been no result either. In fact, the customer care personnel there told me to go to their competitors, if I felt I was facing a lot of hassles with etisalat. Etisalat claims it’s a system issue, thus they are unable to resolve it since almost one and a half years.

In the past two weeks, my line has been disconnected four times. I am wasting my time calling etisalat to reconnect the line once every two or three days.

I want this issue resolved and compensation for the trouble I went through, and the waste of time.

The management of etisalat responds:

Thank you for bringing Shetty’s concerns to our attention. Etisalat customer service team would want to apologise on all the inconvenience caused. After investigation, our team has processed a refund of the reconnection charges and will be providing a save offer for the next three months. The line is now connected and working. Customer was updated on the same. The account will be under observation for the next two weeks to make sure it is closed.
