I have a credit card with RAKBANK. Recently, I went to the collections department to close my credit card. I went there three times and waited for three hours for no proper reason. Finally, a representative gave me information about closing my card account, but it was different from what I knew.

The employee who was handling my case misbehaved with me, by shouting a lot. The bank employee in the collections department was very rude and insulted me in front of everyone, when I asked about closing the credit card. I find, especially as I am a woman, that this behaviour is completely unacceptable. Still, I wanted to complain to the bank, in the hope that they would help me.

But now, I am fed up, after going to the bank three or four times to close the card, as I am working, and it is difficult to take permission to leave during work hours, at my workplace.

Every person I spoke with, had new information about the product. I’ve been trying to work with the bank at the same branch, but I’m getting no proper information.
