Actor Akshaye Khanna said his upcoming film Mom is very important for him.
“It’s a milestone in my career to be able to work with Sridevi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the finest actors we have today. It is a gem of a script and it was an honour to shoot with a gem of a cast and crew,” Khanna said in a statement.
The film has been directed by Ravi Udyawar.
Producer Boney Kapoor said Mom is Khanna’s best performance.
“He is playing an important role and has done complete justice to it. It’s going to be his career’s finest performance. Mom is Akshaye’s real comeback,” said Boney.
The film releases in the UAE on July 6.
