Dubai: One Stop Tourism displayed their might over Sialkot XI, thrashing them by massive 209 runs in the Sharjah Summer Cup 2017 organised by Sharjah Cricket Club at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Monday. Taswar Ali Jammu, with a five-wicket spell and Taheer Latif with three wickets, ran through Sialkot to bowl them out for a paltry 60 runs and that too in just ten overs.
Batting first, One Stop Tourism had posted a massive 269 for six in 20 overs through half centuries from Hafiz Kaleem and Salman Randhawa (61).
In fact, they started off through Fahad Ansari and Kaleem recording a quick 57 runs partnership for the opening wicket. Fahad Ansari departed after smashing a 13-ball 25 runs with four boundaries and a six.
Kaleem hit 63 runs from only 24 deliveries with two fours and eight sixes to One Stop Tourism’s total.
Mohammad Ikram Khan too hit an aggressive 45 runs from 20 balls with three boundaries and four sixes. Ayoob Inayat remained unbeaten on 44 from 24 balls.
Chasing the huge target, Sialkot XI lost six wickets inside 20 runs. Taswar Ali Jammu took five wickets for just ten runs.
In another match Roaring Lions too had beaten Sialkot though they had posted a challenging 158 for seven, Deepak Nicholas was the star of Lions victory scoring 92 runs.
