Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, on Thursday issued a resolution forming the board of directors for the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC).
As per Resolution No. 13 of 2016, the board will be chaired by Ahmad Saeed Bin Meshar, while Nasser Bin Habala will serve as vice-chairman.
Board members include Huraiz Al Mur Bin Huraiz, Mohammad Abdullah Hareb, Jamal Zaal Bin Krishan, Adnan Al Abbar and Ebrahim Sultan Al Haddad.
The board will have renewable tenure of three years, and the board will operate as per the directives of Shaikh Mansour Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of DIMC.
The resolution comes into effect from the date of its issuance and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
