ABU DHABI: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, attended on Sunday the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the final race of the 2016 season, at Yas Marina Circuit.

The race was also watched by a number of heads of state, Shaikhs, VIP guests and crown princes.

Now in its eighth spectacular year, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix decided the prestigious F1 driver’s championship title.

Meanwhile, Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed received Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir and Massoud Barzani, President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, who are visiting the country to attend the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Shaikh Mohammad welcomed both presidents and discussed with them bilateral relations and ways to boost and develop them to serve the interests of the three countries.

During the meeting, many issues of mutual concern were discussed.
