Dubai: Indian cricket and football officials will discuss the future of Indian sport at the Host Cities Summit at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, JBR, on November 26 and 27.

Sundar Raman of the Indian Premier League (IPL) governing council and Kushal Das of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) headline an array of officials due to attend the two-day event, hosted by Emirates.

The Host Cities Summit brings together leading figures in sports and business to discuss the benefits of hosting high profile events. The summit enables rights holders, leading sports bodies and past, present and future host cities to interact and discuss practical advice, from understanding bidding processes to learning about what rights holders are looking for when receiving bids.

The real-life subjects of Million Dollar Arm, a film about a reality TV pitching contest in which the winners won trials at US baseball teams, will also be present at the summit.
