Dubai: Long-timer Meydan pillar partner Al Tayer Motors return to sponsor Thursday’s Dh935,000 six-race card at the iconic racecourse.

The company also sponsors a Dubai World Cup Carnival meeting on February 12 and the $1m (Dh3.67 million) 3,200m Dubai Gold Cup (G1) the longest race on the Dubai World Cup card on March 28.

“Racing at Meydan has been a part of Al Tayer Motors’ long-standing equestrian event sponsorships and we are pleased to present an exciting evening as part of the 2014-2015 season together with Ford and Lincoln,” said Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer of Al Tayer Motors.
