Abu Dhabi: South Korean midfielder Lee Yong-rae has joined Al Jazira, completing coach Paulo Bonamigo’s foreign contingent for next season.

Yong-rae, 26, formerly of Suwon Bluewings and Gyeongnam FC in the K-League, joins Argentine midfielder Matias Delgado and Brazilian forwards Ricardo Oliveira and Fernandinho at the Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

With 17 appearances for South Korea, Yong-rae, who was a target for Al Nasr last season, scored three times in 64 appearances for Suwon and grabbed 10 goals in 65 matches for Gyeongnam. He represented French league FC Metz at youth level, along with Korea University and Yusung High School.
