New York: Aaron Judge hit the longest homer in the major leagues this season with one out in the bottom of the sixth inning and homered again in the seventh as the New York Yankees rolled to a 14-3 rout of the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday.

Judge became the first player to reach 20 homers in the majors when he drove a 1-1 slider from Logan Verrett well over the left-centre field fence for a 496-foot blast. An inning later, with the Yankees already leading 12-3, Judge lined a 2-2 fastball from Jimmy Yacobonis over the centre field wall. The second homer went 401 feet.

Gary Sanchez hit a 450-foot, three-run homer in a five-run first inning against Kevin Gausman (3-5) and became the sixth Yankee to reach double digits in homers. Starlin Castro also added a two-run homer in the sixth as the Yankees won their fifth straight.
