Abu Dhabi: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers at Al Mushrif Palace, on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed welcomed Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi of Sharjah; Shaikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi of Ajman; Shaikh Hamad Bin Mohammad Al Sharqi of Fujairah; Shaikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mualla of Umm Al Quwain, and Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi of Ras Al Khaimah.
Present also were Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region; Mohammad Ahmad Al Murr, Speaker of Federal National Council (FNC), and Shaikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser.
Meanwhile, the UAE Vice-President and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi also received Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; Shaikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman; Shaikh Mohammad Bin Hamad Bin Mohammad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah; Shaikh Rashid Bin Saud Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain; Shaikh Abdullah Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; Shaikh Mohammad Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, and a number of other shaikhs and senior officials.
The leaders exchanged warm wishes for Eid, praying to Allah Almighty to revisit the occasion and bestow goodness, welfare and prosperity on the UAE and its people.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed also accepted Eid greetings from members of the Federal National Council, ministers, members of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, and top officials.
The leaders, other shaikhs and senior officials extended heartfelt congratulations to President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, supplicating Allah to revisit the occasion on Shaikh Khalifa with many years full of good health and to guide his path to achieve progress and glory for the UAE and its people. They also expressed their deep pride in the leadership of Shaikh Khalifa and his prudent policy in propelling the UAE into glory and consolidating its effective role and standing at regional, Arab and international levels.
