Dubai: Parking across all paid parking zones will be free on Thursday with the exception of multi-level parking lots and Deira Fish Market parking area to mark Isra Wal Miraj, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on Monday.

“All RTA customer service centres will be closed during Isra Wal Miraj holiday corresponding to Thursday, May 5, 2016, and will be back in business on Sunday, May 8,” said Yousuf Al Reda, CEO of RTA’s Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector.

All vehicle testing centres will also remain closed on Thursday, except the Platinum Centre in Dubai Mall, Tasjeel at Al Barsha Centre, and Tasjeel at Al Ghusais Centre.

However, trains on both the lines of Dubai Metro will operate with no change in timings. The Dubai Tram will also operate without any change.

All public bus and marine transport services will also follow their regular timings.
