Dubai: Hundreds of young Emirati jobseekers thronged the World Trade Centre on Tuesday for Careers UAE 2018.

The three-day job fair, which enables UAE nationals to come face-to-face with recruiters and hiring managers, was inaugurated this morning (Tuesday) by Shaikh Mansour Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Higher Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Recruiters and hiring managers from private and public organizations in banking, hospitality, real estate and education sectors will meet with candidates and discuss available jobs at the annual Careers UAE for the next three days.

The 18th edition of the event, held under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai,  is being organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre in partnership with TANMIA (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation).

It is set to run until March 15.

Careers show provides an opportunity for UAE nationals, young and old, to meet and obtain information on:

  3. Training and education opportunities available in the market
