Dubai: The Box Appeal, a month-long annual charity campaign organised by Rezidor’s Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson hotels, launched its ninth edition with the aim to deliver 18,000 boxes of essential items to underprivileged workers.
Eleven Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson hotels in the UAE, Bahrain and Lebanon will take part in the Box Appeal programme which is part of Rezidor’s Responsible Business Action Month.
The campaign will run until October 15, and will be followed by distribution of the boxes to the designated charity. The boxes will be filled with necessities, including T-shirt, shaving cream, deodorant, toothpaste, towel, comb, disposable razor, shampoo, toothbrush and paste, to labourers.
