Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, ordered the allocation of the fourth, fifth and sixth phase of Al Barsha South-First project, which will include a total of 626 houses at an estimated cost of Dh680 million.

The orders are in line with Shaikh Mohammad’s keenness to provide all components of a good life for Emiratis, as well as stability for every citizen by providing them with suitable housing in Dubai. The orders also are also in line with Shaikh Mohammad’s vision which places the comfort and happiness of citizens as a priority in the development process.

The fourth phase of the project consists of 160 houses valued at Dh186 million, while houses in the fifth phase will be valued at Dh258.9 million. The sixth phase of the project will have around 208 houses valued at Dh234.7 million. The project is being carried out on 170.47 hectares of land, and includes 1,240 houses based on 11 different models. The houses are available in a variety of sizes: one or two floors, and two, three, four or five rooms.

Sami Abdullah Gargash, CEO of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, said that the establishment is keen on carrying out Shaikh Mohammad’s orders for completing projects and constructing houses allocated for Emiratis. He added that the happiness of citizens is at the forefront of Shaikh Mohammad’s priorities, and his orders have always been directed towards harnessing all available capabilities to serve Emiratis and alleviate their burdens.
