Sharjah: The University Hospital Sharjah has appointed a new CEO who will help lead the hospital provide the highest level of quality healthcare to the citizens of Sharjah, UAE and the region.
British expatriate Michael Stroud has taken up the reins of the hospital as its new CEO. He has more than 34 years of experience in the Middle East and the UK. He has also held the role of Executive Director and CEO in a number of the UK and the region’s hospitals and healthcare groups. Commenting on his appointment, Stroud said: “University Hospital Sharjah has quickly established itself as easily one of the most innovative and respected medical institutions in the region, with an enviable list of accomplishments to its name. I am both honoured and excited to be joining the team.”
