Ras Al Khaimah: Ras Al Khaimah Hospital has won the prestigious CMO Asia Healthcare Excellence Awards 2016 in two categories for providing superior medical services.
The hospital won the Best Design in Healthcare award, while Dr Raza Seddiqi, executive director, RAK Hospital, was conferred the Brand Builder Award.
The institution has been a forerunner in introducing a number of initiatives with the aim to promote the UAE health-care sector across the globe and to direct medical tourism towards the country.
Dr Seddiqi said: “What we have achieved here is simply the outcome of our team effort, and reflects our commitment to the services of our patients. As a premier health-care institution of the UAE, we believe it is our responsibility to inject new ideas and contribute towards further uplifting of the sector in the country.”
