Dubai: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) announced the working hours for all authority’s, administration, primary health centres and medical fitness centres during the New Year Holiday on December 31, 2017 and January 1, 2018.
DHA hospitals: Hospitals and health centres will work as per shift timings and medical practitioners will be on call to ensure work continues as usual.
The emergency departments of all DHA hospitals will function round the clock on all days.
All clinics at Dubai Hospital, Rashid Hospital and Latifa Hospital will remain closed during the holidays.
Primary health-care centres: Al Barsha and Nad Al Hamar health centres will function 24 hours on all days. All other PHCs will be closed during the holiday.
Medical fitness centres: All medical fitness centres will remain closed during the holiday.
Specialised centres: The Thalassaemia Centre, Dubai Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre, Dubai Gynaecology and Fertility Centre and the Dubai Diabetes Centre will remain closed during the holiday.
