New Delhi: UAE ambassador to India, Dr Ahmad Abdul Rahman Al Banna, and chief protocol officer at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Sanjay Verma, on Wednesday met to discuss a range of bilateral and multilateral matters.

Al Banna presented the Indian official with information about the opening of new visa issuance centres in the cities of Hyderabad, Chennai and Chandigarh. He noted that bilateral trade and investment between the UAE and India are set to witness significant growth in the coming years. He further noted that information about these matters should be regularly exchanged between the governments of both countries.
