Abu Dhabi: More than 80 square kilometres of park and recreational space across the capital are being refurbished, the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City announced in a statement sent today (October 17).
The maintenance includes 10 landscaping and infrastructure development projects, as well as two to install 158 fountains across downtown Abu Dhabi.
The yearly budget for the projects has been set at Dh87 million, and the work is expected to be completed by the end of this year, the municipality said.
