Abu Dhabi: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Tuesday received General Raymond Thomas, Commander of US Special Operations.
Shaikh Mohammad welcomed the US official and discussed relations of friendship between the two countries and ways to strengthen them and develop cooperation in military and defence affairs.
They exchanged views on regional and international issues and the current developments of common interest. Mohammad Mubarak Al Mazroui, undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, and Barbara A. Leaf, US Ambassador to the UAE, were present.
