Abu Dhabi: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Wednesday visited the ‘Tam” platform at Yas Mall where he acquainted himself with the Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services.

He was briefed on the Abu Dhabi government services and the mechanism adopted in providing government services and processing transactions for customers.

“What distinguishes modern governments is that they anticipate customers’ expectations with inclusive innovative and quality services that serve the social and economic environment,” Shaikh Mohammad said.

‘The UAE, under the leadership of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has made great strides in building inclusive government systems that cater to the developments for comprehensive development,” he added.

Shaikh Mohammad called for continued work to establish the best service systems by harnessing the smart technologies and adopting innovative ideas in saving time and efforts and gaining customer satisfaction.

The “Tam”, Arabic for done, platform is in line with the vision of Abu Dhabi government’s aim of facilitating the lives of the residents and providing them with all the means of success as well as promoting the economic environment in the emirate.

The platform will also allow all its customers, whether UAE citizens, residents, visitors or investors, to obtain a comprehensive range of government services through one combined portal at any time and place, without the need to visit government authorities or their websites, through a smart application, the e-portal or “Tam” branches to enrich the experience of customers and provide an easy and convenient experience.

Customers will be able to take unique browsing experience either through digital platforms or by visiting Tam’s branches, which are comprehensive terminals to provide customers with smooth and convenient experience for the client.
