His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has appointed Abdullah Mohammad Saeed Bin Touq as Secretary General of the UAE Cabinet.
Abdullah Mohammad Saeed Bin Touq was director-general of the Executive Office.
Touq is a graduate from the UAE Government Leaders Programme, which was launched by Shaikh Mohammad last year, and is designed by the UAE government to achieve a quantum leap in young capacity building.
He joined the Cabinet Office in 2007 and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Sheffield in UK. He held several posts in the Cabinet Office, and supervised the Government Leadership Programme and Shaikh Khalifa Government Excellence Programme.
