Beirut: Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with Lebanon’s Dar Al Fatwa in Lebanon.
Under the agreement, the foundation will provide financial support and health insurance coverage to Dar Al Fatwa’s administrative and religious bodies, endowment entities and teachers of Islamic education at public schools falling under the General Department of Islamic Awqaf.
Lebanon’s Grand Mufti Abdul Latif Daryan said the new agreement would strengthen the existing cooperation between Lebanon and the UAE, which has always been at the forefront of countries supporting Lebanon.
