Dubai: The Dubai Charity Association (DCA) has distributed clothing worth Dh223,000 to 1,200 families, including 280 families of orphans, on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
The clothing included men and women’s clothes, as well as handbags and other items.
Ahmad Mesmar,DCA’s secretary-general, said that the Eid Al Adha holiday represented an opportunity to offer support and assistance to needy people.
He thanked the companies and individual philanthropists who contributed to the Eid clothing campaign.
