Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Sunday offered condolences to the families of the two Emirati pilots who were killed in a plane crash during a UAE-Egyptian military exercise.

Shaikh Mohammad visited the mourning tent in Kalba where he offered his heartfelt condolences to the father, brothers and relatives of Lt. Pilot Saif Khalaf Saif Al Zaabi.

He was accompanied by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Lieutenant General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Lt. General Mosbeh Rashid Al Fattan, Director of the Office of Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid and Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality.

Shaikh Mohammad then headed to Al Tuwaieen area in Fujairah where he offered condolences and sympathies to the family of Lt. Pilot Abdullah Ali Al Hamoudi, and paid tribute to the two martyrs who he said sacrificed their lives for the nation.

Shaikh Mohammad asked Allah Almighty to bestow his mercy upon the two martyrs and place them in paradise.
