Dubai: Renowned international climate change experts, conservationists and academics will examine the challenges and opportunities for integrating the three key issues of global climate change, biodiversity and sustainability in a conference in Dubai on April 23-25.

The three-day Conference on ‘Global Climate Change, Biodiversity and Sustainability’ focused on MENA will be held under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and hosted by the Canadian University Dubai (CUD) in association with the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Dr Karim Chelli, president of CUD, said recognising that the well-being of humankind is severely affected by climate change and biodiversity loss and that it depends on healthy and resilient ecosystems, the integration of these issues is imperative.
