Sharjah: A man plunged to his death from the sixth floor of a building in Abu Danq area of Sharjah on Wednesday, a Sharjah Police official said.
No official documents were found on the victim to help authorities properly identify the victim.
It is not clear whether the man lived in the building or had come there for some work.
Sharjah Police said they were investigating if there was a criminal act behind the death.
The police operation room received a call at around 12pm about a man falling to his death in the residential area of Abu Danq.
The body was transferred to the forensic laboratory for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Al Gharb police station has launched an investigation into the incident.
