Abu Dhabi: Emirati students who wish to apply for university scholarship can start submitting their applications from Tuesday (April 22), the Abu Dhabi Education Council (Adec) announced in a statement today.
The Adec’s scholarship for the 2014-2015 academic year is open to pupils graduating from Grade 12, as well as undergraduates. The deadline for giving in an application is May 22.
Pupils who scored 85 per cent or higher on their General Secondary Certificate, or its equivalent, in 2013-2014, are eligible for the scholarship. University students who have completed 30 credit hours while maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 may also apply, the Adec statement said.
